Pod Security blocks the init-container workaround that the volume ownership model relied on during a failover rehearsal

The app and volume are healthy in isolation while the compatibility shim is no longer allowed to run. Normal traffic masked the issue until the standby or alternate path became active under rehearsal conditions.
